The data was integrated and a consistent data framework was developed across departments to:

- Help the association stay on track with goal-setting and indicators to monitor department performance.
The Result
We designed a management KPI dashboard with detailed pages for each KPI to provide the key decision makers with both the bird’s eye view and the specific insights for each metric. This allowed them to evaluate organisational performance at a glance, empowering them to make strategic decisions for the association.
